		<description>It's there in version 2.12. I haven't upgraded to 2.13 yet Scot so I'm not sure. Did you check the wordpress site to see if they talk about it moving?</description>

Is that a feature that's no longer present? None of my WP 2.1.3 blogs have a Manage:Export function.</description>
